Venetian Masquerade Party

Hello, i am planning a venetian masquerade for like 46 6th graders. The only problemes are :where am i gonna have it, where can i buy beautiful masks, what are some good entertainment ideas, and how do i get the point across that i want every one to dress up like the phantom of the opera era? help!!!!!!1
