Wedding Hair Stylist

Weddings are my passion! I am very talented with elegant updo`s. I am frequently referred to the new bride to be through word of mouth. I have never had a complaint, the bride and all who surround her are very happy with my services. I can not seem to find anything on the legality of it. I would love to make that my profession, but am not a certified stylist. If I am not performing a permenant service to the hair is it legal for me to start a web site showing my portfolio to bring in clients?
