I Need Help!!

I need help! My friend`s birthday is coming up in about a month, and I have /no/ idea what to do! She is my best friend, and she has never had a good birthday before. She is turning 21, and doesn`t want a party, as far as I know.

I`d like to spend the day with her, and make it one that she won`t forget! I live in Southern California, so there are a lot of places to go, but I just can`t decide! Could someone make some suggestions, where I could take her? This is really important, and means a lot to me. The sooner I get help the better, so I can start making plans.
