I`ve seen this dress for as little as $650 on a website. I purchased mine from a bridal shop. I was too nervous to order it online. I wound up getting the ivory w/lavendar crystals (which I LOVE) for $880 at a shop. Retails for about $11-1200.

When is your wedding? I am still contemplating the Sarchi. I love the lavendar/diamond white, but kind of want white, too. Do you have any suggestions on the other colors you are using, if they guys are wearing white, etc. Thanks!!!

They are located in Clyde, Ohio. Melody Stiltner sold my daughter the Diamond White with Lavendar Sarchi gown for $625 plus tax. The local bridal shop wanted $1200 for the gown. We ordered in Nov. Of 02 and received it in Feb. 03. Her wedding was May 17. In my opinion, there are no gowns as flattering and as well made and beautiful as Maggie Sottero! She plans to keep her gown. Our middle daughter is getting married May 22, 04 and she is considering the Maggie Sottero Miami...another beautiful dress!

Sorry, but this is not for the Sarchi-White. I just had my wedding on the 16th and had the Ivory Sarchi w/lavendar crystals. I can not even BEGIN to tell all of you the incredible complients that I had. From "stunning" to the "the most beautiful dress anyone has seen". I had an outdoor ceremony and this dress blended right in to everything. I know it was my dress so I can say it, but this dress was truly gorgeous. My "husband" who isn`t in to frilly stuff was just amazed at how beautiful and unique my dress was. I know a lot of you are into wearing white-white on your wedding day, but honestly, you cannot tell much of a difference. I was the same way and then tried on the all white and it was just too plain. The colors in this dress just pop. My girls were in iris and my bouquet was lavendar roses. I can`t believe how incredible everything looked together. I hated the dress when I saw it on the hangar. Trust me, at least try this dress on!!!

I am interested in finding the Sarchi in ivory/lavender. Could you attach pictures of yours? Are you planning to sell? Are there any online boutiques that offer a better price than local stores?
