Engagement Party Dilemma

My fiance and I have decided to host our own engagement party. We are having the party on his parents farm in October. We have hired a band and now have no idea what else to include. We don`t want anything too fancy and have a small budget. The party will be outside. I need ideas for fun games, food, and even decorations. PLEASE HELP!
