I just received a wedding announcement for a wedding that took place two weeks ago. I didn`t receive an invitation. Do I still have to send a gift and if so, how much do I spend?

No, you don`t have to send a gift. You only have to do that if you went to the wedding! (=

No you do not have to send a gift. That would be up to you, and you dont` have to send much if you so, being that you didnt` attend. It was just sent as an announcement to let you know that they were married.
