David`s Bridal

It is frightening to hear all the horrible stories regarding poor service from David`s Bridal and they are still in business. I am a bridesmaid and I have had terrible service from the Rockford, Il store. I cannot imagine going through this kind of stress being the bride. If we weren`t on top of things, our dresses would have come in the wrong color and the shoes would have been in a totally different color. It is turly unfortunate that for a salon that charges such inflated prices for their dresses will only hire poor trash to sell them. To any brides to be out there, please, please, please try to find another bridal salon to take care of you. You will get better service doing everthing on-line or from e-bay instead of dealing with David`s Brides. Their service is worse than awful.
It is very clear that David Brides doesn`t care about the bad publicity. It is not hard to find out what the world is saying about your customer service and if David`s was concerned about their customer service they would be out on the web reading it and trying to try their image. So it is up to us ladies to stick together and help the next unsuppecting bride not to make the same mistake as we need.
