AfterHours Nightmare

I was looking for AfterHours corporate contact information as well and found these complaints. I have to say that when I got married 3 years ago that my wedding went off without a hitch or any problems from AfterHours. So now my sister is getting married and I recommended we go there, now I wish I wouldn`t have. My 3 year old son is the ring bearer and they told me they didn`t have a small enough jacket to fit him, when I told them that in June I saw a little boy smaller than him with the same tux he would be getting from AfterHours and it fit him just fine, they said that was impossible. I am so frustrated and they want my son to go without a jacket. I can`t believe how rude these people are. Thanks for the information from everyone! I work at a Corporate Headquarters and I do know that if enough complaints are sent they do get to the right people. I hope we can continue to get them out there and into the hands they need to go to.
