I Hate David`s Bridal!

CA, you are not alone. The Rockford, Il store is not any better. It is a wonder that this store is still in business. Probaly because it is impossible to find out the corporate office contact information. I am a bridesmaide and I feel totally sorry for the poor bride. They put you in a position that you cannot walk away from, and then treat you like dirt. My advice to anyone who is reading these messages Run, Run as fast as you can.

I also just loved the service i got at david`s bridal in WI. It differs greatly from other branches in the state but the one in Madison is great!!

As the smug manager told us that in fact store policy would not allow them to press the dress we purchased from them because it had been pressed by someone else before. I noticed this huge mock-ring in the case. It was a company award for customer service. What a joke. The only reason we had the dress pressed by some one else is because it arrived only a few days before the wedding and David`s could not guarantee it in time. They forced us to go somewhere else. If it had not been a pre-paid special order that of course could not have been refunded we would have walked away. Once they have your money the sales clerk disappears and they want nothing more to do with you. Three seperate ASSociates gave us major attitude and walked away from us. I had to seek out the store manager, and she refused to give me her bosses name or contact information. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM DAVID`S BRIDAL AS POSSIBLE. I wish we had googled "I hate David`s Bridal" before we went dress shopping. I will tell every bride to be I meet to stay away from David`s

ALRIGHT EVERYONE HERE IS THE SCOOP ON THIS COMPANY !! TAKE IT FROM ME I WAS A MANAGER AT ONE OF THESE STORES AND THAT`S WHY I LEFT THIS FRAUD COMPANY!!! THEY MAKE YOU ORDER A DRESS AND TELL YOU THAT IT MIGHT GET DISCONTINUED!! THAT IS FALSE!! WHEN YOU ORDER A DRESS IT COMES FROM ANOTHER STORE AND THE COMPANY WRAPS IT UP AND MAKES YOU THINK ITS BRAND NEW AND UNWORN!!! I WAS MADE TO TELL THE CONSUMERS THAT IT WAS A NEW GOWN!!! HE ALTERATIONS PRICES ARE OUT OF CONTROL!! TAKE IT FROM ME AND GO ELSEWHERE!! NEXT THESE GOWNS ALL COME FROM THE ORIENT AND I SWEAR WHEN I SAY THIS!! DAVID`S BRIDAL HAS SWEAT SHOPS IN THE ORIENT AND ALL THE GOWNS COST THEM NO MORE THAN $20 TO MAKE!! SO WHE N THEY HAVE THEIR $99 SALE THEY ARE STILL MAKING A PROFIT!! DO NOT SHOP THEM!!
