RUDE RUDE RUDE

It`s truly amazing to see one of the most popular bridal dress stores to have so many complaints. But, here I am to add another. I drove an hour to the David`s Bridal in Toledo, OH, expecting to find a wonderful dress. But what I found was very rude employees and no one willing to try and help me. This is my first marriage and the very first time at David`s Bridal so when I walked in, I automatically walked over to the bridal gown section to find the perfect fit. I didn`t know that we weren`t permitted to view any gown until we had a consultant but we were very rudely told so. After registering we were told to wait 15 to 30 minutes and a consultant would be with us. After waiting an hour and still no help, we asked someone at the front desk if we had been forgotten since we had seen about 3 consultants walking around. We were told it would be just a few more minutes. Another half hour later, I finally settled on a very gorgeous and unique bridesmaid gown. As soon as I started checking out, a consultant approached me to help but was disappointed and rude when they found I already had something else. They didn`t want to continue checking me out. I should have just dropped the dress and walked out but I didnt` have much longer to find something else. I have spent a very long time on this computer reading all the complaints and I am really hoping that the corporate office is doing something about it. Refunds, apologies, etc. This is quite ridiculous. I plead to everyone that wants to go to Davi`s Bridal, if you plan on spending good money on a dress, you can find a different store with just as nice dresses.
