Waist, at high natural waist, is 27". Hips are full. There is no crinoline under the skirt, but it flows beautifully as Monique uses great silk and cuts well. It has been hemmed for a 5`4" bride wearing 2" heels. It has a chapel train and three point french bustle. I know it will sit in my closet for years to come and would love for another bride to make good use of it at less than half the price! There are no discolorations or flaws that I can find.
