Need St. Patrick`s Day Wedding Ideas?

Im getting married on St. Patrick`s Day in 2007. Im planning a black, silver and white wedding. Does anyone have any neat ways to tie in St. Patrick`s Day?

I`m getting married on St. Patrick`s Day 2007 as well =)

Just a few ideas.... I"m sure I"ll come up with more as we get closer to the big day!!!

I actually have a friend that grows a bunch of four-leaf clovers, so she gave me some to grow. Depending on where you are located at, I would be happy to try to ship some to you (assuming they won`t wilt on their way, I`ll have to do some reaseach on how to send without harming them). You can grow them like me & on your wedding day, you can place one clover for each table setting. I`m trying to grow a lot of them so I can plant enough in candle holders for each guest to take one home. With that, I am also making mini booklets, and on one of the pages, I will put the story/poem about the four leaf clover and how it represents luck.
Or even if you just want a touch of it, try to mix some with your rose petals for your flowergirl to toss as she walks down the isle.

You can also make the mini booklets as I mentioned above. I do a lot of scrapbooking, so if you are crafty, you may enjoy making these. In the booklet, I plan on putting names of my wedding party, story/poem of 4-leaf clover, dinner menu, and a couple of photos of my future husband and me. The cover can be stamped with green shammrock or sponge painted green around the border. Then the center can have a real pressed clover, or you can put whatever you want.... The guest name, bride & groom`s name, photo, butterfly stickers, anything! You can place this on the table for each guest, or tie a ribbon to bind the book and hang it on their chair to greet them upon their arrival at the reception.

Use St Patty`s party hats for dancing!
I suppose green beer is approprate as well ;)

If you need any help, please feel free to email me! GOOD LUCK!!! and CONGRATS!!!
