They are the same ones unless you have Pictures from Kate Aspen but are not selling the Kate Aspen spoons as pictured. I realized that not all companies are alike and some mark up their items. I guess I will have to take my chances. They guarantee an email from Kate ASpen with shipping so I guess I believe them.
