Autumn Wedding Ideas
Hi!
I`m having a Fall wedding and would like pictures of Autumn cupcake wedding cakes. Also, good sites for centerpiece suggestions and photos would be great!
A few ideas from us:
1. For our favors, we are donating to the American Cancer Society in honor of my fiance`s father. We will have a scroll at each seat with a message that a donation has been made in the guest`s name in honor of his dad.
2. The cupcake wedding idea is really cute. I`ve seen pictures, but not quite what I`d like to have.
3. No white. We`re using all Autumn colors.
4. We`re going to have a Fall menu, just not sure exactly what yet.
Good luck and thanks for any suggestions.

ALISON -
I`ve been to a wedding where the dresses were chocolate and the tuxes were black. It looked ok, but the pictures turned out a little odd - very muddled. Maybe try a burnt orange dress color?

As far as decorating the reception hall - it was a joint effort of the lady who provided the linens, plates, etc.; the florist and my future brother-in-law and a friend. The florist dropped off the flowers and I sent some decorations along with my brother-in-law and friend. The linen lady (an absolute saint!) placed the flowers on the tables, and the others decorated the hall. It looked beautiful, and was no stress for me. I had done a `dry run` with the linen lady and also gave specific instructions for my brother-in-law and friend (they only had to call once!). If you are doing the decorations yourself, it really helps if you can get in to decorate the hall the night before the wedding. I helped a friend of mine do this the day before her wedding - we went over before hte rehersal dinner and got it all done.
