Help With Cutting Cost Ideas!!!!!!

I`m getting married in Dec. Of 2004 and am planning ahead. I`m a college student and will be graduating 6 months before my wedding. While in school I have a hard time working at a job because I have a double major and a minor in Journalism and it keeps me busy all the time. My fiance and I are trying to keep costs low but not cheap looking. We live in Nebraska so if anyone can help with ideas for both wedding and reception that would be great. Also any ideas for a winter "snow" themed wedding would help out as well.
