Renwal Of Vows

My husband and I married five years ago. Since then we have been through some tough times and would like to renew our vows. We have decided to do this in the smokey mountains and rent a cabin for our immediate family (about 20) The cabin is beautiful and plenty large enough but my question is how much do we pay for? The cabin alone is 1500.00. Do we need to provide their transportation there or food for the weekend? What we have planned on is dinner the night before the service, breakfast the day of, and a cookout after the service as a reception type thing. My husband and I will be staying in a private cabin after the reception but got the cabin for the whole weekend for the family. Is it appropriate for them to then just be on their own after the event is over? The event is friday morning so they will have 2 more nights in the smokeys.
