Becoming A Wedding Consultant

Can anyone provide me with the name(s) of reputable, but inexpensive trade schools in Cleveland, Ohio or online school(s) where I can learn to become a wedding consultant? Also, can anyone provide the name(s) and companies of Cleveland and area consultants who are willing to allow someone with interest shadow or intern? Thanks.
