Sailor Theme Bat Mitzvah Party

Hi, I`m having my bat mitzvah soon and I was thinking of doing a sailor theme party. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I need like sailor hats so that I can give everyone one. And I need help with ideas for the party. Like I know I want to have dancing and a blow tatoo artist, but I want more AWESOME IDEAS so that people won`t be bored. PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks.
