MAGNOLIAS?

I LOVE MAGNOLIAS!!! and I would like to have fresh magnolias in my bouquet, cake and centerpieces. But I notice that magnolias are not commonly used in weddings. Can anyone please share their knowledge or experiece about using this flower in a wedding (My wedding will be in June `07) Do they dry quickly?
