Sweet Sixteen Club?

Hi everyone, my birthday party is coming up in November, and it`s aready August. I know I`m spazzing, but I figure this sort of thing will take a while to plan.

I`ve got a pretty good budget, as long as I am frugal, and thoughtful with my spending. I really really would like a CLUB theme for my party. But I have no clue what a reasonable DJ would cost in my area (the suburbs), and don`t want to get robbed.

I don`t know what to do! Any overall ideas on how to plan this thing? All ideas are welcome!
