You are so right! My daughter saw a dress at David`s Bridal she liked and from hearing horror stories from brides I have dealt with ( I`m a wedding photographer) I tried to discourage her. Needless to say she made an appointment. When we walked in there was only 1 sales associate handling about 10 brides. Kristi showed me the dress and with no help we went to the dressing room to try it on . Needless to say it fit and was beautiful on her. That`s when the sales assoc came to us with a petticoat, which the dress had one, high heel shoes, a tiarra, veil, etc. I tried to explain my daughter has mild Cerebral Palsy and can not walk with the heels, nor the extra petticoat . She insisted we declined and went back to the dressing room, changed, and decided to buy the dress and only the dress. When we got to the register again the same ordeal. And again I had to go through the same explaination. I finally had enough , got a little pissed off and shouted I ONLY WANT THE DRESS! She was a little taken back completed the transaction and not so much as a thank you. David`s Bridal does very little to make their customers happy. If I ran my business that way... Well I wouldn`t have one.
