The answer to that question depends on the type of party that you are planning. If you are having a sit down dinner at a hotel, then you may spend a minimum of $5,000. However, if you are having a Backyard B-B-Q, you may only spend about $1,000. If you are interested in the hotel route, you should contact some hotels in the area and ask for a party price list.
