HELP FAST!!!!

Me and my fiance are to get married in 45 days and I am getting very scared because I dont know if I should go through with this or not, Well see no matter what I have been thinking about my ex of 3 years ago, which him and I are good friends now. But I dont think that I have stopped loving him, What do I do? Do I go through with the wedding or not?
