Any friend or family member can be ordained for a one time deal. You can go to a court house and get someone from the court (it will cost you less than $50 plus tip) or your favorite uncle, friend, or whoever can do it- and it might make it more personal!

Any judge in Wisconsin can marry you--there is actually a website that shows what judges perform ceremonies. Most charge about $100-150. This is the option we are using for our non-religious outdoor ceremony in Madison. I`m not sure of the website offhand, but if I come across it I will post it. Check with your county court office and they should be able to guide you.
Good luck!
