Decorating A Prom With Balloon Pillers

All you need to do is blow up the balloons about the same size...about soccer ball size is best. Tie two of the balloons together. Then tie the third balloon to the two already tied together. Make sure they are tied tight. After you have a bunch balloons tied into three`s. Get some fishing line....make it as long as you need it to be. Tie one end of the fishing line to the first set of balloons. Have someone hold both ends of the line. Then twist the balloons around the line. They should stay on well, as long as the balloons were tied together right. After you get the balloons strung on the line, weave your lights in and out of them. Hope this helps.
