These people did not deliver as promised on the day of the event despite phone calls and coordination. We had no choice, but to make-do the day of the event.
We cannot take back the day or even fight these folks for the $$$, but we can make sure no one else walks into a "contract" expecting professional service.
Save yourself some grief and go with someone you know or download your musice to an IPOD and do it yourself.
