Place For Receptions In Fresno, CA

I am looking for a reception site that is not at a hotel or mainstream wedding hall. I want a garden or similar site that is fit for 35 to 50 people. Every place in fresno seems to cater to larger events. Can anyone make a suggestion. Not necessarily unique just a place that everyone doesnt think of right away in fresno. Thanks ......Sun
