Talk to your parents but don`t push the issue. Be appreciative that they are giving you a party but let them know that you would like to have it here with your friends. Don`t compare yourself to your sister, just speak for yourself and your own situation and wants. But still let them know that you are happy that you are having a party, you would just like to be able to share it with your friends here.
