Hey guys,
Well i have the worst thing ever i wanna have a great sweet 16 and i had a really great idea for one but i told my friend about it BIG mistake she did it for her birthday and now i have no idea what im going to do!! it has to be cheap but fun so if you have ANY ideas let me know thanks

Well it wasnt really a theme i was jst gunna have a butt load of people come to the park near my house and have a bbq and then have a huge water ballon fight
