I Want My Quinceanera To Be The Bomb!

My quinceanera is gonna be in April 2004.

My daughter just had her party but we waited until she was 16, these parties tend to be so expensive but we finally made it the way she wanted...it was very fairytale like and even though it had all the traditions of a quinceanera party, we did it medieval style...my other daughter will have her party this coming july 03...we are planning hers with the white dress....I say go for whatever it is you want your party to be...it will be very special to remember this when you are a woman and look back at the pictures and videos....you can check some of my dters. Hi well im having my sweet sixteen in oct. I basically already have the important things! well first of all the preciou moments wouldnt go with ur colors b/c precious momenst is more like pastel. Well for me im not even having a theme b/c thats to much work im justing getting wut i like! oh and for the other girl that asked if u should invite the courts parents. You should out of respect. My colors are now navy,baby blue, and touches of yellow. Half of the damas are gonna wear navy dresses and the other half are gonna wear light blue dresses. The chambelanes are gonna wear black zoot suits and my chambelan is gonna wear a white one. My dress is gonna be white and from Mary`s Bridal if I dont find a better one. Im gonna use yellow tulips. The song Im gonna use is Tiempo de Vals and the song Ima use for the father/daughter dance is La Ultima Muneca. I know Im going to use alot of balloons and tulle as decorations. Dont know anything else! (or nothing that I remember right now). I JUST GOT REALLY TIRED WITH THE STARS THEME. Its because I was adding too much stuff in and the flowers were overtaking the star theme.

Hey, i just wanted to say that i also want my quince to be the bomb. I also want it to be remembered very well. I want it the be a night to remeber. But also you have to think about your parents and be happy w/ what you get and be greatful cuz your parents might not have all the money to get the things you want. But im not your mother or anything so you dont have to listen . Im just giving friendly advice. Anyways im 14 turning 15 this december the 7th. And having my quince on feburary 14, 2004 on valentines day. I bought my hall and now, im looking at dresses for me and my damas and for the guyz i want to dress them as pachucos. Do you know were they sell pachuco suits. If you do, please e-mail me and tell me where. Well ive been reading your messages and seriously are you stressing? well one comment are you serious about practicing the vals 6 months before cause dang thats a lot. Im coming out in a quinceanera two weeks from now and we just practiced two months and thta was enough my quinceanera is going to be in November this year and i have everything ready. Hey Girl, It`s sounds like your very excited about the whole thing! That`s great! I understand you may want your quince to be the bomd, just make sure you plan ahead and try to budget. Remember it may sound fun and exciting but when you strt relaxing how much it being spend you`ll really think about alot things. I remember back when I turned 15 I was so happy (1988), I remember till this day everyone had alot of fun. I personally wanted to have the Cinderalla theme. So if all goes well and God`s willing, when my baby girl turns 15 in 2007 I want her to have a blast and be involved with very dicision. There`s lots of sites for different ideas. So if my baby agrees I would like for hers to be very beautiful and unique. I personally have already strated saving and getting great ideas for party favors, and how the invitations should be printed. Like youself I don`t want have any padrinos.
