Student Harpist Or Musician Or Band Or DJ

I reside in San Francisco, CA and looking for a student or anyone that can offer cheap music service. I`m thinking of a harpist that will play during my cermony and then a DJ at my reception.

"2" things:

First: get in touch w/your local College/University whare it has a MUSIC CONSERVATORY DEPARTMENT (undergraduate or grapduate), and "ask" around.

Second: place an "ad" in that school`s newspaper or on the Department`s JOB BOARDS, and see if you get any results.
