Medieval Themed Wedding

Hi. My name is Sherry and I am looking for information on medieval themed weddings....can`t find information on where I can purchase decorations ect. I`m having a seamstress make my dream gown cheaper than the inspired designer of iona by lyndsay flemming. I`ve found costume sites for my wedding attendants.....I need help finding more cheap medieval wedding sites for wedding attire for my attendants and fiance. I`m also looking for medieval decorations....haven`t found much of any...just a few pictures of things I like here and there...no place to purchase any....booking a hammer dulcimer player to play at my wedding so music during is covered. Need ideas on what to serve for meal/buffet suggestions.....would like to keep it real with the times using fingers instead of forks/spoons got any finger food ideas--send them on the way. I live in Pennsylvania....all comments are welcome--also any ideas on how I can send my wedding invitation scrolls out cheaper than via mail tubes are highly appreciated. I`m thinking at most my number of guests will be 150. I`ve also got information on wording....I`ve done searches for medieval wording myself...so invitation wording is covered. I`m also wondering if anyone can give me information on what wedding cakes were like during the medieval times.
My wedding month is set for sometime in the first week of August of 2007!
