I spoke to the BBB of Alberta as well. They said they had numerous complaints and asked me to contact Alberta Government Services which I did and also faxed them my complaint. They suggested I also contact the Competition Bureau of Canada and I did. I have no intention of letting this slide and I hope everyone else puts a complaint in too so we can stop this from happening to others. You can register your complaint online to cb-bc.gc.ca Thanks
