Mom`s 75th Birthday Invitation Idea

I am having a party for my moms 75th birthday party...She is a fine Irish lady with lots of Irish friends so i thought a cute invitation that has an Irish saying or something would be neat...having problems with coming up with nice wording for it..Her birthday is in December..I would appreciate any advice that i can get..was thinking of doing the message in a bottle so I thought a nice rolled up scroll would work best..I thank you...she knows that we are having one so it is not a suprise...thank you
