Lobster Fesy Charity Event

Help!!! RealTime Spprts Bar & the Suparossa Restaurant Group is holding our 1st Annual Lobster Fest the last weekend of August (25th,26th, &27th) All net proceeds will go to Special Olympics Illinois & Kenneth Young Center Elk Grove Village (services for the mentally ill & elderly in Northwest Cook County) Am looking for tables, chairs, & large tent(s). Willing to pay at cost but would prefer to have these items donated for the fest. A family affair expect between 2000 & 4000 people per day. Any leads would be appreciated.
