You can go with an all white theme and play on the snow flake in the decorations. To tone down the white a little, mix a soft color with it, like a very light blue, light pink, light grey or even an off white. Fabrics work really well if your venue will let you hang items from the walls or ceiling. Use metallic and/or reflective finishes or different textures to add dimension. I know that sounds a little vague but it may be a start.
