Summer Wedding Color

I`m trying to plan my wedding for next summer and I`m trying to figure out a color scheme. Right now I am looking a yellow and lilac or lavendder but I wasn`t exactly sure if these colors go together b/c I`m lost when it comes to choseing colors. So pleases send back any feedback it will be much appreciated.
