I saw that the Fun Factory responded to your message. I used them in May and they were terrible. Not only was the costume terrible, their customer service was outrageous. They usually post by Jeff, now they post by Jeri Ann. Same company, Jeff must have too many complaints. I hope you use somebody else. I spent $275 cash, and they won`t refund any.
