Simple And Inexpensive Chair Covers

I nee to find covers for a young girl who is finisnhing college and does not have a big budget for her wedding, She would like chair covers but most are too expensive for her($5.)Please,help!

Go to a fabric center, and buy her wedding "theme" colors--ask the salesperson to help you further (& inquire about "tie-backs").
