Sweet 16 / Quinceanera

Hi everyone..Im planning a sweet sixteen very similar to a quinceanera party in January 2007...My theme ia butterflies and my colors are white and pink..Once the party has begun my grandfather will do the shoe exchange..My grandmother will put my tiara on and then i will dance w/ my uncle and step father...But I need a little help though... Im lost on the invitations part..I want to put a nice poem or something similar that symbolizes me gowing up from a baby to a young woman.. Either english or spanish..I also need poems for the candle ceremony... If anyone can please help me e-mail me :
