Help! Dumbest Bride Ever

Help you all don`t know how to do anything going to be having a very tight Budget only a $1000.00 or Less..Marrying at my house but don`t know how to decorate or anything never thought I would be saying I do but Lord has brought me a wonderful guy...SO help need lots of help here on what to use that is cheap theme will be India vs Usa...
