Wording Of Wedding Invited

I am the mother of the bride. I am remarried as is my ex-husband. What is the proper ediquate for the wording of the wedding invitations? Which couple is listed first.....both are paying for the wedding equally

There are a couple of options in this scenario:

If you would like to just list the bride`s parents you could do something like:

Mrs. Ellen White (bride`s mother) and
Mr. John Smith (bride`s father)
Along with
Mr. And Mrs. Edward Jones (groom`s parents)
Request the honor of your presence.....

Or you could do something like:

Mr. And Mrs. David White (bride`s mother & stepfather)
And
Mr. And Mrs. John Smith (bride`s father & stepmother)
Along with
Mr. And Mrs. Edward Jones

In any case, the bride`s family is listed first, even with all parties paying equally.
