Princess Party

My daughter will be 6 in August. She LOVES Princess Jasmine. She was able to meet her in 2004. Make a Wish sent her to Disney to meet her. That was all that she wanted to do was meet Jasmine. I am trying to find someone to come to her party as Jasmine. I live in Windber, Pa. If any one can give me any information about finding "Jasmine" I would really appreciate it.
