MOH

I am the MOH in my cousins wedding. I am wearing the same style dress as the bridesmaids the only difference is mine is silver and theirs is red. My question is, is it ok to ask if I can choose my own dress? And is it custom for the MOH to wear white? This is the tradition in my family however, she wants to be the only one in white. What should I do?

You should be happy to wear what she asked you to wear, it is not your wedding and you need to be happy with what the bride chose for you to wear.
