Help!!! Running Out Of Time

Help! I`m getting married on Valentine`s Day and still have yet to finalize plans. Can anyone offer any suggestions for a small inexpensive wedding. It`s gonna have a Valentine theme and only 1 attendant each. I`m swamped and would appreciate any and all suggestions. PLease feel free to e-mail me at blueeyes23ms@hotmail.com. Thanks!

Try your parents`/in-laws to be BACKYARD & YOU SELF CATER THE EVENT.

I would make your colors be something simple and easy to find, you don`t want to go with something exotic that will take weeks to order, you don`t have the time, and colors that also go with the theme of the holiday such as reds or pinks. Flower shops will be ordering in bulk due to the holiday so it will be easy to get your hands on good flowers. Try going with just roses for the wedding party. Have your bridesmaid carry 1/2 dozen roses tied togeter with ribbon and you do the same but up it to a dozen or 2 dozen...take advantage of the sales that will be going on.

Depending on where you live, and what the weather is like this time of year, a backyard wedding can be beautiful if your backyard is already beautiful or you have time to make it that way, which it doesn`t look like you do, so I would see if you could book a small church quickly, or use the inside of a friends home, maybe a lodge or club. Decorate using ballons, they are cheap and take up space...a great filler. Use lots of tulle and if you have christmas lights left from the holidays...use them as lighting and turn off all other lights, it will look elegant.

Hope these suggestions help in some way.
