Need Suggestions For Event For Cosmetic Treatment Office

Hi,

I am an event planner in the upstate NY area. I have a client who wants me to plan a promotional event to build clientelle for her cosmetic treatment (botox, laser, etc.) office. She says that the feedback she has been getting from her clients is that they wouldn`t want anyone to know that they are having treatments. Has anyone ever encountered anything like this before? Anyone out there done events for Plastic Surgeons `offices or cosmetic treatment offices before? Does anyone have any suggestions on how deal with this privacy issue? I would appreciate any suggestions you could give me.
