Wish I Would Have Known This Earlier

Our wedding party went to pick their tuxes up tonight - three of the eight tuxes were wrong/missing. My dad`s pants were three sizes too big but when i called they lied to me and told me that he just "didn`t like the pants" - they never bothered to order our junior best man`s tux and ordered a vest two sizes too small for father in law. They were rude, unapoligetic, flippant and ignorant. I know so many people getting married in the next two years and i will warn them all to STAY AWAY! I am going to file a complaint with the BBB.
