David`s Bridal

My daughter ordered her brides maides dresses in march giving along with the order the adresses to where three of the brides maides dresses needed to be sent( out of state).
My daughter also purchased and walked out with on the same day her wedding gown and the flower girl dress. Needless to say we spent alot of money there.
Two months later they call and said, "ah, we were wondering was there anything else you needed or should we go ahead and send off this order?" I was shocked the dresses had not been ordered. Also, I had already recieved two months of charge statements from my David`s Bridal Acct. . . This still does not end. They sent the wrong dress to the wrong bridesmaide out of state who had backed out of being in the wedding which I called and made this all clear by phone of the changes. Now they said they have to send a call tag out to send back the dress to their store and then send it out to the right address which they said they did not have. Balony! I gave them that adress twother times. Once on the very first day of order, second time when they called about placing order (Two months later) and again today for the third time. How many times does it take to get the order right. I will not ever buy anything from them again. And. . . I can`t even find an e-mail adress to their corporate office to write a complaint. I feel we should be reinbursed or compensated for the major disorganization on David`s Bridal`s part. Here we are 6 weeks before the wedding and still no dresses. Flustrated! flustrated! Flustrated!
