Disgusted

I was greatly sickened by the "store manager" this past Saturday named Linda. Where did they find her? RUDE< RUDE< RUDE.................Nothing describes her any better. I tried my dress on with my consultant Katie, she was the best. At the end of trying on, I decided to order a gown because the one I tried on appeared somewhat dingy. Katie tried to convince me to take the one I tried on and I unerstand they do sell dresses off the floor, but this is my wedding day, ya know? We were on our way to pay and "Linda" comes up and says to me, "you really should order this dress, if you don`t, yours will just come from another store and then we cant guarantee the cleanliness of it for you. My heart dropped. What kind of a store manager would say that to a buying customer? Then, Katie turns bright red and looks as if she`s going to kill her. I walked off to the restroom and overhear Katie telling another employee what had happened. They both were saying how incompetent she is and saying she was this and that (explicit). Then the other girl was basically begging Katie not to quit. Apparently not only does she piss off customers, the employees can`t stand her either. I only bought the dress because of Katie, but other items will be bought somewhere else. David`s Bridal needs to be a little more careful in their hiring selection. That woman was rude, unprofessional, and dresses like she was taking out the trash. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I will tell everyone I know how David`s Bridal does business.
