Vera Wang W4340 Shoes

HELP!!! I am desperate to locate a pair of Vera Wang shoes style #W4340!! I need them in either a 7.5 or 8 and I just have to find these shoes to wear on my wedding day!!! I can`t find them anywhere on the internet except for zappos and they are sold out of my size! Does anyone out there have a way to order shoes or get these!! Please, any suggestions!!! Thanks so much!!!
